With a little 5 month old at home, I would say between 5-6 (which isn't too bad). But once he sarts sleeping through the night it's 8 hours ALL THE WAY BABY!

Usually I get of the computer around.... 12ish and then fall asleep around 1 ish so I would say around 6 hrs too...
