Who said it first? How long were you dating? What was the reaction to hearing it?
We were dating between 1-2 months (I THINK- how horrible I don't know exactly) and Vinny said it first. It made me so nervous that I started laughing so he pushed me off my bed I did say it back though after I was done laughing

I really can't remember how long we were dating... Maybe 3 months... We were at the club in which we met... The song 'Bizarre Love Triangle' by New Order was playing. He whispered in my ear, 'I think I love you.' In my head, I was like, 'You think?? Don't you know??' But I said, 'I think I love you too!'

I actually wrote it out on his back with my finger, while we were laying on the couch. About an hour later, we were in the car on the way to a store, and he leaned over and whispered in my ear 'i love you too'. It was so wonderful
this was about 3 months after we met.

He said he was 'falling for me' after about 3 months.....which i contest to this day does not count. :) FInally I said it at about 3.5 months, but he still thinks he said it first.

IT was about 6 months and Fh said I love you. I said thank you. Isn't that horrible! Now I can't stop telling how much I love him!

We were friends first and I had just gotten hurt by both a long term friendship going bad and some jerk boyfriend. So, I was trying to be cautious at first. We were sitting on the couch talking about all of this about 2 1/2 months into dating and he told me he loved me and had even before we started dating. I gave him a big hug and said I think I love you too.

Jeez...what took my DH so long? haha
He said it on Valentine's Day 2002 about 9 mths after we started dating again. We had gone out for a very short periood of time when we first meet in Oct. 1999. The we became friends and once we did start dating again we were very careful with the relationship because we both knew how special our friendship was and did not want to ruin it.

We met the night before Thanksgiving I think it was around the end of January when he told me. I remember he said 'Theres something I need to tell you.....' and me being the head case that I am thought, oh man is he going to break up with me?! Of course it wasn't and he finished the sentence with '...I wanted to tell you that I love you'! I was elated....I remember NOT beign able to sleep that night!
He said it 1st... I didnt say it back until about a week later.

He actually told me on our 2nd date, I know quick! It was only after about 2 weeks of dating...of course I said it back, I guess you just know when you know!

It was 4 months later. I got him a card telling him how much I cared and appreciated him. And how happy he made me. The card never mentioned the word love in it though. When he was done reading it... I told him. He said it back and also confessed that he never told anyone he loved them before.
I wasn't until 8 months into our relationship that I was IN LOVE with him. At that point my love was true, real and unconditional!

I said it first about two months into the relationship. He took me to Zootopia, we got drunk and I go 'OH my god I am so excited you don't understand... I love you' He never heard it or didn't remember becauase I freaked that he didn't say it back and never mentioned it. Then a month later he said it at Tavern on the Green (it seriously was in like a 10 minute speech.. anyone who knows DH will understand that ) Finally I cut him off and said 'I love you too'.
However a while ago I told him that I really said it first and he denies it. He says he never heard it and it is kind of a joke between us now.
He also almost said it so many times ( I could tell) but he wanted to make it a big deal (he is silly) and waited for like a month to say it when we had reservations at Tavern on the green (restraunt week)
He is very cute.

It will be 6 years on September 12th. I said it first (it just slipped out of my mouth so naturally that I couldn't believe I was actually saying it) and when he said it back followed by a kiss I knew he was the one!!
