If you could splurge on one thing for your wedding, what would it be?

A live band. It's something we really want but just can't even close to afford it. At first my dad said he'd pay the difference because he didn't want a DJ... Then he learned the difference and quickly took it back. I said no take-backs but whatevs lol.

A live band (my FFIL used to play in a wedding band and he thought he was able to book us a jazz trio, but he thinks the guy is unreliable).
Probably also location. I wanted an outdoor wedding in a barn but the price of it was too much.
Also a Viennese hour. FH really wanted one but those are pricey!

Definitely more decorations I only have enough budget left for bouquets and centerpieces.

Ooooh...that's a tough one to splurge on only one thing. Hmmmm...I think I'd spend it on location (to be able to afford the higher price venues or just take everyone somewhere tropical for our wedding)

BAND hands down. But to spend $7000 and up for music is just a luxury I cannot afford right now.

If we had a larger budget we probably would change the location. Either upgrade to something like Bourne Mansion, or something more original/personalized.

Tough question... probably a band... and someone to make me fried oreos at the end of the night :)

We probably would've chosen to have the wedding sooner. Long engagements are great for saving and not stressing with planning but I would've like to have been married already.
Editing because I just saw fried oreos and I would love to have them and also extend the wedding by at least a few hours, 4 hours in my opinion is not enough time

loved all your answers. I would probably splurge on transportation- i would get a car for everyone so that no one would have to worry!

Not at all complaining but a longer honeymoon would have been great =P
