What were you initially attracted to when you first saw fh? Was it physical or emotional?

Despite growing up down the block from him my whole life I didn't meet FH until orientation at a summer job when I was 16. We were waiting to get our uniforms and FH was given his and he started to put the uniform on over his clothes. He looked over at me and said 'How does it look?' I thought he was the cutest thing in the world and I automatically had a huge crush on him.

We met online, but looking at his pictures did not compare to seeing him in real life. I had already fallen for his personality (I mean come on, I had on my profile that I was a good baker and his first line in his first email to me was 'I make a mean apple pie, we should open a bakery' ) but OMG he was soooo hot, when I first saw him my mouth almost dropped. He still is hot, but that initial meeting was like DANG!

There was a kindness about him that I couldn't quite pin point. He was just SO NICE!! I loved it... now I know he also has a sarcastic side to him, which makes me love him even more!
Plus I thought (I still do think haha) he was absolutely adorable. So I guess a little bit of both!

My FH is a court officer, and I was working in court at the time, and he would flirt with me when i went through the medical detector and tease me about my lunch lol..
so it was physical first then i fell in love with him all together :)

Definitely emotional.....
FH and I met when I was 18, at a Renfaire skipping freshman college orientation (oops). He came up to me after a long day working it, tried to hit on me and I turned him down cold because I was still with my high school sweetheart.
Over the next 4-5 years we hung out, and we developed a great friendship. We always had a good time together, laughed, joked and just got along...
It took several years for him to 'settle down' and stop 'playing the field' and for me to see he was a romantic guy...

We meet online right before he deployed for Iraq so I didn't meet him physically till about 8 months later so it is definitely personality although we saw each other on webcam(although I did get to see him in his army uniform everyday which was super hot). By the time he came home for R&R it was like we had known each other for years. There was no awkward first date feeling. We spent 2 weeks together then he left for Iraq again for another 6 months and then we moved in together as soon as he got home.

My FH and I both worked in a supermarket when we were 17 and we worked in different departments. He would always come up to customer service desk where I worked to talk to me. I always thought he liked the other girl that was with me in customer service because every guy liked her. One day she wasn't there and he still came up to talk to me and asked me to go to the movies. I was shocked because I had no idea he liked me. So it was definitely physical at first. We went out once and became inseparable pretty much. He became my best friend. We have 2 children together now and although we are already committed as parents we are finally getting married.

It was emotional because he's goofy and all and we met in classes so then it grew from there!

It was 100% physical when we first met.. Neither one of us really liked each other.. In fact we couldnt stand each other.. A mutual friend of ours kinda tricked us into dating but hey 5 years later were going strong

I met FH when I was dating his friend and we actually dated for 3 1/2 years. I was only 14 years old at the time. FH and I were always in the same group of friends in HS, but never had a particular attraction to each other. Oh, how things change.
