First of all, thanks so much to Lindseynaggle for selecting me as the next Bride of the week!! I'm very excited so let's get the week started!
Question: As Brides-to-be, we have so much on our plates in the months leading up to the wedding. Personally I try to be on top of things, but I've found in the hustle and bustle I can get haphazard and disorganized.
Which part of the wedding are you most organized for? Which part are you least organized?
my answer: I am very good about scheduling, confirming and cancelling (if needed) any vendor appointments, and tracking them and the vendor information in my day planner. However, when it comes to the guestlist, there have been so many updates and getting people's addresses has proven to be a messy task! Write an address on this piece of paper, get a facebook message for this one. All over the place! LOL! We are planning to finalize the guestlist and all the addresses by the end of this month, I can't WAIT to be done with it! :)

I am doing pretty well with the guest list (but I still have plenty of time before the craziness sets in). I'm also good at tracking things once I get them set up. I am bad at trying to orgainze what I need to do, buy, call, etc. That is going to be my downfall.

My guest list is most organized. I am semi disorganized with what I have left to do. I need to sit down with a master list and cross off things that are done, or that I dont plan to do so I can narrow down what is truly remaining.

Im most organized with payments, what i've paid, what needs to be paid, when the next payment is due
Like Melissa said, Im disorganized with whats I have left to do... I really need to make a list of whats done and what needs to be done

my guest list = disaster Colors = undecided Umm.. and all the little details are just up in the air. I'm a flippin mess!
But.. I have a DOC so I don't have to stress during the wedding and I have my vendors booked. That's it.. after almost 1.5 years of planning lol

It's funny, for everything regarding the planning parts of it, I'm organized. I use ical on my mac and phone almost 2x a day to update something for appointments/due dates FH wouldn't remember when the payments are due, so it's up to me to stay on top of it.
All of our contracts and papers are kept together in a folder, and I have one master folder on my computer that holds my hair style samples, bouquet samples, etc..
Our guest list is organized, FH is great with excel and setting that up.
The only place I am not organized is at home. I've got various bridal and non-magazines all over the place, papers scattered about.

I feel kind of organized. I have everything written down and even though the guest list keeps getting updated its not an issue. I think I feel more disorganized about the ceremony and getting everything ready for like the vows and what the officiant should say. For some strange reason I just can't get to it.

I think I have been very organized with everything because if I wasn't between work and volunteering and everything it would be a disaster.
I am constantly updating my spreadsheet to include more information, etc.

I have a wedding binder for all my contact information and FH has a spreadsheet for all the payment information and to date I really have felt disorganized about much. Fingers crossed that it continues like that!

I am having issues with my FH's tasks... I feel like they are becoming mine, lol I don't want to be a nag and keep reminding him, but he is driving me crazy!

I am organized-to a fault even- in every aspect of v everything. Everything has a place, a schedule and a word doc. I even print out fh a list of wedding things for him to do every month.
I'm insane, and it drives me nuts sometimes but its the only way I know how to be!

I have entrusted nothing to FH for this reason!!! He is involved, goes to appt and helps along the way, but I am overseeing it all. Including tuxes, and Groomsmen gifts. lol!

Well, I have to first thank my mother for organizing the guest list. She has made my life MUCH easier by taking on this task.
I think in general I'm pretty organized. When I first started planning, I got a binder where I keep everything. It has worked pretty well.
I wouldn't neccesarily call it disorganized, but I am a procrastinator, so sometimes it takes me a while to get going on tasks.

Like 'should I invite them?' 'If I invite them then I have to invite them.. and if I invite him then i cant invite her' ...I havent even begun and I DONT WANT TO! blahh.
I think I'm fairly organized with most things, but what I'm finding most difficult is making decisions!

This is so difficult for me. I really am trying my best to stay as organized as possible but planning a 5 day wedding is extremly difficult. Its 5x the work.

I'm pretty organized with my spreadsheets and I keep my wedding binder with all our contracts etc. in perfect order. However, I am very disorganized when it comes to what to do next and the timing for it all!
