Good Morning Ladies!!!! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend!!!!! Thanks to Megan again for choosing me as BOTW!!!!! Now for the first question!
Q: If on the very first day you met your FH someone came up to you and said Thats going to be the man your going to Marry one day, What would your response or reaction have been to them???
A: I would have been like 'No Way'. I met FH years b/f we started dating and I met him on a summer vacation in Mexico. At that time I had a boyfriend here in NY who I swore was it for me, I was soo young and immature back then. But back then I never in a million years thought my FH would be the man I would marry.
Also because at that time he lived in Mexico and I lived in NY. During that time a long distance relationship wouldn't have been an option for me either. But fast forward to years later. I'm soo glad FH moved to NY and he reached out to me because he is an amazing person and I couldn't see myself marrying anyone else.
Can't wait to see everyone else's responses

I probably wouldn't have believed them. I weighed a LOT more than I do now, and no joke FH is the best looking person I have seen in real life. I still can't believe I get to be with someone that gorgeous!

I would have thought they were crazy lol. The day I met my FH was my first day at work, and I didn't know ANYONE!! How could anyone know that I was going to marry him when they don't even know me.

hmmm i can't exactly remember what day we first met.. but there are a few days that stand out in terms of some of our first interactions.. if someone told me that obviously I would have been surprised since I didn't really know him yet but I probably would have been really intrigued. he seemed like a really nice guy (and turned out he is) and at that point I had met plenty of not-so-nice guys

Hah, I definitely wouldn't have believed them! When FH and I first met I was VERRRY hesitant. I knew he was a great guy and so so sweet to me but I was nervous, so it took me a little while to come around. Once I did I knew I wanted to be with him for a long time and I can't imagine now not marrying him. But in the beginning? Definitely would have trouble believing it.

I would have blushed and smiled and said 'I think you just may be right!'
I had been on many first dates on match.com and there was just something so special about FH and about the 1st date in general that made me knew this was something special.
Corny, I know, but seriously true. FH has a similar story, I know he called his brother right away and was so excited.

If someone were to say that to me- I'd be like 'nahh, I don't think so'-- I didn't think he was my type at all when we first met...but then as the months passed- we just kinda clicked & now he's totally my type & I look back at all past relationships & think wow- they were totally not my type!

Hmmm.... I probably would have said 'Who knows?' LOL!
When I met FH I had lost all hope in ever getting married and having a family but I also knew that life was so tricky that sometimes the person that you least expected would be that ONE to make all your dreams come true. So I didn't really know if he would be the one or not (secretly I was hoping so) !!!!

I probably would have rolled my eyes and laughed it off. When I met FH, I was very comfy being single. I had an ad on Plentyoffish.com for about 18 months and had met a few crazies, perv's, and in general .. losers.
Oddly enough, when I went in to delete a perv, I was brought to the 'recently visited' page and FH found me there. He wrote a one-liner and I debated writing back bc his location said NY, NY - i was totally not into the idea of dating someone living in NYC. Good thing I thought he was cute and liked his profile, bc I would otherwise still be single!

Awww! I think you probably found the only good fish in that sea, I heard from a girl friend that she met a lot of pervs there too lol.
As for my own answer--- I would have bet my life savings on that night that we wouldn't even date let alone get married... we met after a facebook convo lead to me flashing him my 'lower back' tattoo in undergrad (he lived in my building and me and my girlfriends were feeling silly-- sooo out of character for me lol). So now I get to tell my grandkids that I met their grandpa by showing him my tush!
