QOTD - Monday 5/19

I have been waiting to use this QOTD ever since I joined!! So here is my inaugural question, and thanks again for voting for me!

What are the nicknames and pet names you and your FH have for each other?

Haha we have a lot....we call each other Honey, Baby, Sweetie....He calls me Charlie (long story) and I sometimes call him Pumpkin....my Mommy likes that I call him pumpkin one time she said to me is that cuz he has such a round face. Hahahaha

FH didn't find that as amusing as I did

He does not have a nickname for me. I call him 'handsome' sometimes.

LOL this could be a very embarrassing question!!

FH calls me Pookie… it started as a joke from when we were watching Rent and we thought it was so funny. And so now in turn I call him Poopie.

That's only when we're being mushy though, the rest of the time he calls me Babe.

- I have two:

Chicklets - his name is Nicholas, my grandma says it like Niklas. Which reminds me of Mike Chiklas (from the Shield). And Chiklas reminds me of Chilets.

Puppy - Because when we first started dating he would follow me around like a lost puppy.

- He has two for me too:

Snuggly bear - Because all I ever want to do is snuggle.

B-bis - This is kind of hard to explain, I have a cat who I call Maybes (that's her nick name) and when I say it fast it sounds like M- bis. So he calls me B-bis, because that's like saying Babies really fast, and I'm his babe.

When we first started hanging out i called him Big Fox and he called me Little Bunny. We were playing one of those racing games on PS2 and he said he was chasing me like a little bunny and I said oh the Big Fox is scoping me out and that's how we got the names. It got to the point where his friends were calling me Little Bunny, even his friends mom called me that! She thought it was my real name LMAO . We don't call eachother that anymore though I think more because it bothered me when he used the 'little' because I am significantly younger than him. Now we just call eachother the 'usual names' lol, Babe Dear Sweetheart and Beautifil I rarely call him by his name, only when I'm upset with him.

We call each other Boo Boo but we must do it all the time because now my mother even started calling him that....LOL

babe and honey or honeypie usually

He calls me sugar but only on the phone (for some odd reason)

Sometimes I call him my dill pickle.

My granny calls my grandpa Poopsie. The reason why actually does have to do with the meaning of the word.

FH calls me every name in the book, I swear he ends most sentences with a 'baby-name' for me..some weird ones though are Poompsta..it started as pumpkin, changed to Pompkin and somehow went to Poompsta, lolz..so sometimes out of the clear blue sky he'll say..WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE POOMPSTAS BELONG IN THE POOMPKIN PATCH..

I usually call him Monkey or Mista. Monkey started because he use to be soo crazy so I'd call him Crazy Monkey...I'm not sure how Mista started but people give us weird looks when I call him that in public lolz..

We actually NEVER use eachothers names..it feels so weird when we do..

My FH has come up with a nickname for me....every year/anniversary in June I will be up to 7

For the most part it's BABE me to him and him to me.

My Fh calls me Baby Boo, Snugs (which now his Dad makes fun and calls me Snugs), Snugglees, Boober.
I call him Boo Bear, Danny Bear, and Danels. I don't know where they came from-I think he calls me Snugglees because he loves to snuggle wit me.

we have private jokes more than pet names. he calls me dropsy bc i'm a clutz. if i'll call him a pet name, it's usually something overly sappy to needle him.
