~~ QOTD Monday, May 3, 2010 ~~

First of all, thanks to Alyssa for giving me the BOTW thrown ... I'm really excited since this is my first time having this title Now I just need to come up with good questions ... the pressure's on lol

So without further ado, today's question-of-the-day:

What is the thing you care most about with your wedding, and what is the thing you care the least about?


I care the most about the ceremony itself ... specifically, i hope that the Rabbi is good and not boring, and doesn't say 'um' all the time.

I care the least about my invitations. I just don't have the time or patience (or money) to work hard on them.

I also care first and foremost about the ceremony. You can't have the reception without the ceremony!

But other than that, the food. I really want people to be impressed with the vegetarian spread that we worked hard with the Swan Club to come up with.

I care least about...hmmm....this is a toughie. I guess you could say limos, because we're getting married at the hall and decided that it wasn't worth it financially to have them!

The thing I care most about is the guests- my cousin was over the other day looking at all my wedding stuffs and he remarked 'Usually weddings are all about the bride and groom but you really seem like you care about us more than you care about yourselves.' And he the nail on the head. We want the guests to feel like we did it all for them! Between the candy buffet, the photobooth, the photo coaster favors, the CD favors, the OOT bags, etc.- we're really hoping guests feel like they leave with a TON of stuff! Guests are even welcome to take home the CPs and the table numbers which are black frames with photos of FH and I in there.

The thing I care least about is video, we didn't even bother to hire a videographer. At the last wedding we went to no one could even get within 15 feet of the bride b/c the obnoxious videographer was in the way with his blinding light. My aunt will use her video camera to record the ceremony though.

don't worry, the menu you posted up last week (or whenever it was!) sounded AMAZING! i might have to crash your wedding so i can try it

I care most about the mass, I'm looking very forward to it.

I care least about...um, I can't think of anything~I guess I care about everything else equally.

i care most about having good pictures when all is said and done.

there's a lot i dont care about.

limos... not even doing them.
invites... don't care.
flowers... blah.

i **** at being a bride.

I really care about fh and I have an amazing time. I want everything to go smoothly!

I care least about the limos. I just wanted something to get us there that was clean.

I care most about the ceremony and the vows. That is what this is all about.

Besides that photography/food/music. Photography is all we have left, and good food and good music is what will make it a good party and keep the guests happy.

Least: flowers...though more and more I'm starting to care about them hahah. I dont care about some of the little details like crypacks, programs, menus...I think they are nice, but I dont want to spend the money or the time to DIY. hahah

hahaha i s u ck too. I dont really care. I just want to marry my best friend and go away on our honeymoon. I dont like parties for me and being center of attention. ughhhh hahah

I care most about the entertainment and food.

Least about the flowers.

I care the most about entertainement at the reception

I care the least about cake and favors ( don't think I will be doing favors)

What I care most about is the ceremony. It is, afterall, the defining moment of the whole event. I remember seeing a hall that couldn't give me an outdoor ceremony due to timing differences and the BM was like 'it's only 20 minutes, it shouldn't make a difference whether you get married outdoors or inside'.... um, just twenty minutes?! It's the most important 20 minutes of my entire life and I want it to be perfect.

The thing I care least about is hmmm...I would say the favors. I don't care much for it, neither do the guest really, so I refuse to spend too much time stressing over it.

The thing I least care about is the flowers and the limo. I am doing silk flowers because I am allergic to real and as long as I have a limo to get me where I am going I dont care what kind

Care about - Ceremony, reception, music, PHOTOGRAPHER

Least care about - Flowers, limos, and favors.

i think i care most about the place looking the way i want it to and having the vibe i am going for.
also the food being sufficient (only this though cuz my mom and FMIL are driving me nuts over it!)

i care least about video - didnt hire a videographer
also limos - we mayyyy have one for the 5 min ride from hotel to venue but not even sure yet
