Well I can not believe this is my last full day of BOTW and that it is my last QOTD. I have really enjoyed my time as BPTW and am happy I have gotten to know you all better.

hyphenated for professional use and because I am not changing my daughter's name but socially will take his name.

I am going to legally change my name to his last name....Welcome. Mara Nader.....
For work I am going to still use my maiden name. I always said whether I change my name depends on the point I am in in my career. I have spoken at conference and people in the field know me marA Harvey. I don't want to screw around with that. But for all other purposes in will be Mara Nader
My sister said for my shower she is going to have everyone bring things to marinate things...haha

I will be taking FH's last name, and I'm really excited to do so.
I love my last name to death, but I'm not trying to make a social stance on the whole woman taking the last name thing.
Professionally, it will hurt me a little bc everyone knows me by my last name, I'll be putting on Captain this summer and I really wanted to do it at the same time so I can like start fresh, but oh well a year behind

I totally will be changing my last name so excited! I hate my last name with a passion so it will be nice to have a fresh start. Courtney Babcock I know **** is in the name but I don't care

I am definitely taking my FH's last name. It will certainly make it easier for my students! lol I will miss the stutter that always comes in doctor's offices or on phone calls prior to when they try to pronounce my last name, lol
