If someone handed you 5,000 that could only be used on upgrades for the wedding, where would you use it?
I would definitely upgrade and get all the fancy foods, venetian hour, seafood, etc. Then get some more lighting from the DJ, and a string quartet for the CH.

This is actually a hard question because I'm really happy with everything I have but maybe I would get a band in addition to the DJ!

I woud do the Elegant Packing offered by my RH, I would also do uplighting and a photo booth.
