Aside from the day he proposed or you got married, what is your happiest memory of FH?
Mine was Christmas Eve 04' while I was opening the gift he gave me, he just kept staring at me very intently and softly admitted that he loved me. I was taken by surprise, not because he said it, since he had in the past (after much bullying on my part), but because I knew this time he REALLY meant it. We had quite a rollercoaster of a 4 yr relationship before that, but things changed that year and we've both been super happy ever since.

I think it was our first x-mas together, he hadnt had a xmas tree since he was 19 (the yr his father passed away) he's lived with his ex's and non of them made christmas special enough for him to want one.....well no only did we buy and decorate a tree we went to the city to see the tree and have dinner ......its now become a tradition for us!

The day we bought our house, we spent the night cleaning the walls and prepping to paint. Towards the end of the night we got Chinese takeout and sat in the middle of our empty livingroom and ate dinner on the floor. We had NOTHING moved in (only 1 roll of toilet paper). It was just such a great feeling to know that we owned the house together!
A close second would be the first night we stayed in the house. As soon as our bed was there, so were we. It was an indescribable feeling, locking up the house, shutting off the lights and crawling into bed knowing that I was home, in a home that we owned. I'm getting mushy thinking about it!

Hmm I think the very beginning of our relationship- we could NOT get enough of each other, honestly it was sickening to be around. LOL! We just really LOVE each other a lot. The first time FH told me he loved me, he then asked me how long he'd have to wait to propose to me. I told him at least 3 years, so he waited- 3 1/2 years later, he made good on his promise.

Wow...this is a hard one but it probably has to be our first valentine's day together. We were only dating for a little over a month and he bought me the most thoughtful gift. Ever since he has always been so thoughtful when it comes to buying gifts...I just love that!! Probably doesn't hurt his cause that my ex was a jackass when it came to presents!
