I don't remember my childhood costumes that much. I had a lot of those cheap plastic ones with the masks. yuck...those were horrible! I do remember being smurfette....my aunt made the costume and it was great! lol

me too. my grown-up costumes have been much cooler.

In 7th grade I dressed up as a lipton tea bag...it was awesome...my grandma made the costume..I won best costume that year...yeah thats right folks...best costume in 7th grade ...lol

How did your grandma do that? My uncle was made a tea bag also and used a sheer curtain and put leaves inside, brown ones of course,lol.

Hands down it was Snow White. One of those plastic dress costumes that you had to wear clothes underneath and the mask that I used to love to stick the tip of my tongue through! And I remember my mom did my makeup so when I took my mask off, I still looked like Snow White. Those were the days!

Rainbow brite...my mom made it (of course) and it was sooo awesome that about 10 girls borrowed it from me. I won the library costume contest lol

omg today lol one of the kids at my day care was superwoman it was freakin hystrical, she had on a blonde wig, it was the funniest thing in the world!

hahaha i was the little mermaid one year, i was so excited to be her, then my friend was the little mermaid too and she had a better costume, and i was upset.....oh god! i dont reallly have a favorite costume, but thats the only real memory i have of halloween regarding costumes
