What was the BEST date FH ever took you on?

We stayed in buffalo for the weekend and he drove across the border to the restaurant at Niagra falls all the way in the sky

Oh my goodness there are sooo many - he is a total romantic

I will say the winner is surprise tickets to go see the Nutcracker the day after Christmas (our first Christmas) all dressed up with dinner in the city at a gorgeous restaraunt. We walked around hand in hand as it started to snow - perfect!

Runner Up - Surprising me with Duke tix (I'm a DIE-HARD fan) 4 days after meething me. We both knew we were the one from day one

hmm theres been a lot. but for one date he just decided he wanted to go to hersey park. so we drove to pa for 3 days spur of the moment and it was one of the best times we've had together. it really was so much fun.

I'd have to say the night he proposed on the boat... until our wedding night, nothing may top that!

Probably our first Thanksgiving weekend together. He took me to see Rent, we went to a nice dinner and then stayed at the Millennium Broadway hotel.

Probably when he took me to see RENT and then to this restaurant that we love..... (I can't spell it correctly ever.... it's italian and near the b'way are)and made sure to call the restaurant so that he could get a reserved seat my the little weater fall that they have in the garden area

this one time FH said he wanted to take me out for dinner and dessert... so i got all dressed and asked him where we were going and he wouldn't tell me... until i realized we were going to the city... he wouldn't tell me where still... until he asked me how to get to Little Italy, because he doesn't know the train system so well.. lol.... I thought it was sooo cute.. he took me to our favorite restaurant then to Ferrero for dessert.. loved it!!!

Our first Valentine's Day when we were still in school in Delaware...he took me to NYC. We went to dinner at a great restaurant, the Knicks game, and then stayed in a really nice hotel. It was really romantic. He had roses and rose petals layed out on the bed and candles lit all around the room. I didn't know he could be so romantic!

Now its our tradition on Valentine's Day to go to the same restaurant every time. We have been to that restaurant every V-day since we've been together!

There's so many but one of my favorites is -when he called me one morning and told me to get up and dressed for breakfast and to hurry. When I came downstairs he was already waiting for me with bagels and tickets to see the Producers on broadway! We spent the day in the city, it was the hottest day of summer 06 and we hid out indoors most of the day in different stores because it wa so hot and then we took the subway all the way downtown to go to a french fry place I saw on food network before heading to the show. It was great.

We've had a lot of amazing dates. When I was in college and before we lived together, he used to call me on Friday's and ask if we could have a 'night,' which mean dinner and a movie

One of our best dates was also our first. It was a blind date! My friends were helping me get ready and dressed me in an outfit I would never wear! They did my hair different, I wore different jewelry and I felt totally different. Tim came to pick me up (he had the same car as my ex ) and drove me back to Rocky Point (I lived in Amityville ). We played pool with some of his friends and I remember one of them trying to hit on me soooooo bad. I was also apologizing to Tim for the way I looked because I had a horrible haircut and was wearing an uncomfortable outfit. We drove down to Cedar Beach and talked for a while. I found a zip-tie (you know thos plastic cords that when you pull through one end it gets tighter?) and proceeded to tighten it completely around my finger My finger was swollen and purple! Tim had to slice it off with a razor blade!

That was almost 5 years ago! When Tim proposed, he first gave me a ring box with a zip-tie in it

Wow there are so so many. He is always surprising me with random strange things...

Hmm...

I would have to say that it was out anniversary...

He showed up with the EXACT outfit that he was wearing when we first met, and got his hair cut exactly how it was that day.

When we got to the car there were a dozen gerbera daisys on the seat with a hand painted card of Bambi because he calls me his 'dear'... he got me some other gifts BUT what guy hand paints a card!?!!!

Then we headed to Chiantis for Dinner , and then to Kohls(our meeting place) to take a picture infront of the sign...

Then we headed back and baked... funfunfun


hes done some more amazing things... but just the sincerity of this one really touched my heart

Mine was when FH took me on one of those Batauex NY cruises on my birthday two years ago. We were both VERY dressed up I had on a black floor length gown and he was in a black suit. We were eating dinner and having a great time and then FH took me out on the deck and NO ONE else was out there yet......and he took my hand and we started dancing to no music....he just started humming a tune...to top it off we were right by the statue of liberty so it was a really nice backdrop IT WAS SOOOO ROMANTIC I felt like I was in a movie!
