I went to a wedding about 5 years ago and the girl registered for $500 candle sticks... W T F are you doing with $500 candle sticks?!??!?! I mean really.. come on now

I haven't registered yet, but I've had my heart set on the Margaritaville Marg maker for quite some time.
The weirdest thing I've seen was on a friends registry. She had a wine fridge. It just struck me odd since her and her fiance didn't live together and I knew they needed so many basic everyday things instead.

Our friends that just got married last weekend, they had a 'Shake Weight' on their registry lol..
I was scanning through the website and I'm like *** lol \
Turns out her fiance put it there as a joke to see if anyone would actually buy it lol

I added a Hello Kitty hand mixer, which my fiance' wasn't happy with me for putting on our registry!

We haven't registered yet but just recently saw on a friends list a cotton candy maker? Uhm really u might end up using that like once.

The craziest one I saw was my friend registered for a $200 wooden bowl. Like what kind of wood is this bowl made out of that made it $200?!?!?!
I want the margarita machine too but I have nowhere to put it. I don't have enough counter space. :(

I havent done my registry yet so I dont know what crazy item(s) we may put on it. As far as other registries.. Im not sure. I havent been to many weddings and those I have been to Ive given cash.

omg i'll never forget shopping for my FSIL's bridal shower. I figured I'd buy a place setting and call it a day. I went to BB&B with my mom and she just starts yelling 'No! Oh God, no! We are NOT buying these ugly things for her!!' and we didn't haha i bought some other things instead.

I haven't registered yet. I don't think I'll register for any crazy but you never know. And I can't think of anything crazy I've seen on a registry.

I think the craziest thinng I registered for was a 13 cup food processor. I think its going to make cooking and entertaining so much easier!

I didnt do my registry yet but I was thinking Target and putting DVDS that we want on there. I was also thinking to register at Ikea for a few small inexpensive things and then have everyone else get us gift certificates so we can buy furniture. I dont know if thats wierd but we have lived together for almost 2 years so we basically have everything except for a K Cup, blender and food processor.

One of my friends got married a few years ago and her and her husband registered for tvs, an xbox, video games, work out equipment. It was a lot of silly stuff.
We registered last summer for our engagement party, but I need to re-do/update it. A few items are now out dated and out of stock. I enjoy updating my registry, so it will be fun.
