at what point did you realize that your FH was 'the one'?

I think I answered something similar on here once, but yesterday I thought of something.. so I'm glad this is a new QOTD.

About 7 months after we started dating we were in a lobby in Vegas sitting on a couch, waiting for concierge and a guy on a piano called us out and said he was doing the next song for us. He played the Aerosmith song 'I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing' from Armegeddon. FH looked at me and told me he loved me and quoted a line from the song.. I
As much as that song is played out, I still can turn the radio station when I hear it.

I knew within the first month he was the one..There wasn't any specific thing or circumstance that made me realize..He was the exact same way too, and HE was the one to say it!

I dont have an exact moment when I knew too. ITs almost like I've always known. I cant picture life without my FH....hes my everything.

The very first time he ever spoke to me and said my name, I told my best friend that I would marry him. Silly high school crush turned into my dream fairy tale!

I am not sure it was any one specific moment, but I know that pretty soon into the relationship (maybe 1-2 months in) I knew that it was pretty serious and that he was a keeper!

I don't think there was an exact moment either but I definitely knew a few months into our relationship.

After our first 'official' date. He went above and beyond to impress me and make me feel like a queen. I knew right then and there I couldn't let him go.

well we went to high school together and had crushes on each other since 9th grade. We both were with other people in high school though. we didnt start dating until the summer between freshman & sophomore year of college. We started by hanging out together for about a month and a half before he asked me to be his girlfriend. I knew he was the one when i first laid eyes on him again that summer after not seeing him for a year. I didnt even know it was him at first. We worked at a waterpark and he was a lifeguard & so was my good friend. She told me to look around and see if i thought any of the guys were cute and she'd hook us up. Well my eyes went right to him and the world just stopped. i was like 'that is the guy i will marry!!!' She started laughing saying 'you know him!!!' once she told me it was Nick i was speechless. i just knew we would end up together! over 6 years later here we are planning our wedding...which is 366 days from today

It was my birthday (end of June - very hot day) and we were headed to AC. We weren't even dating yet. Just friends. I wasn't feeling well that day; I guess I had a fever. But I was freezing! I couldn't warm up. He turned the heat on in the car even though the temperature was in the 80's outside lol I was STILL cold and couldn't figure out why - I guess I really was sick that day. On the Atlantic City Expressway, he pulled over and got me a blanket from the trunk. The heat was already on, it was a hot summer night, and he went to get me a blanket! That night I just knew he was the one.

Probaby right away! It was so long ago I can't remember one specific thing that told me he was the one. Our relationship seemed to move to effortlessly that we always just knew we'd be together.

I don't think there was an exact moment, but I knew very early on. I just knew I didn't want to look for anyone else, because there would be no one better for me. I've felt like I've known him my whole life, and sometimes I forget that he didn't take me to my prom, and that he didn't sit next to me in math class. I just feel like he was always there.

there wasn't a specific moment. we had been friends first and as we hung out and i realized how comfortable i was with him, and that i was being 100% myself, something i never did with a significant other, i knew that i would marry him!! :)

The moment I saw him walk into the party. That was it. I knew I wanted to talk to him and once I did that I knew I wanted to marry him.

I knew on our second date, I went home and told my mother that night that I met the man I was going to marry, she just rolled her eyes and was like ok...and now 4 years later we are planning our wedding and getting married on our 5 year anniversary!
