***QOTD, Wednesday, Sept 22***

Good morning beautiful brides! Happy HUMPday!!!

GREAT answers yesterday! I had so many responses!

So last night we went to Shakira and it got me thinking. It was a lot of fun and I had a great time, but I don't think I would have gone if FH didn't want to.....

...so this brings me to my question for today

'What is something that you do, that you normally wouldn't, but you know it's important or means a lot to FH? Vice versa - What is something FH does for/with you that he only does to make you happy?'

examples: going to a concert, going to a movie, cooking something, hobbies, family stuff or even sexual stuff!!! haha - yeah, I took it there

Going to scary movies. I HATE THEM but FH loves them and I always suck it up at least once a month and see one with him. And watching that TV Show Deadliest Warrior. That show is gross but I watch it with him.

He watches all the wedding shows with me and is basically my personal chauffeur

I'd say for me, it's showing an interest in his video games LOL. Not that I don't like video games myself (just not the same kind he does) but he gets all excited like a 10 year old when a new game comes out and he'll talk for about 30 mins about it if I let him - which I do because I know it's something he is really into.

For me, it would be those times when I ask him to go out somewhere that I know he really doesn't want to but he's doing it because he knows it would make me happy. So when he cleans on a weekend when I am working both days because he knows I'll be ehausted when I get home - we all know boys don't like to clean so I appreciate it when he does that for me.

I watch the history channel and that show Man V. Wild.. I hate Bear Grylls ever since I saw him kill a snake on the show! I happen to LOVE snakes and I was flipping out LoL I told FH 'I hope he gets bit by an animal on the show!'

He does A LOT for me. He will watch wedding shows even though he reads during them haha.. he also goes Clothes shoping with me which I know is horrible since I take forever and try on everything LOVE HIM SO MUCH!

hmmmm good question....
cuz i cant think of anything, it seems that everything he doesn't like is what i do with the 'girls'. (sometimes i will get him to watch the latin soap operas with me)

vice versa- i go watch all the action movies he loves.

For me its watching all the Giants games. Ever since they beat my beloved Patriots a couple of years ago in the Superbowl (on my birthday I might add) I just don't like watching them. But I love him so much and I would watch them every day if I had to.

For him I think it has to be all my reality TV that I watch. He hates it but will sit through just about any show (just not Real Housewives) if it makes me happy.

For me its spending Saturday and Sundays watching Formula 1 racing in the mornings. He is so into it and I'm trying to learn even though I really don't care at all about it!

For him, probably coming to watch all of my soccer games. I've played forever, and he never had any interest in it until he met me. He comes to every single one of my indoor and outdoor games and always cheers me on. Its really cute. I think he even understands it now.

he goes to the movies for me


i dont care about fishing

he pays money to fall sleep EVERY TIME at the theater

TEACHER TALK!!!!!!!! OMGGGGGG it's so ridiculous... ive decided that FH is a bit of a work-a-holic so when school starts is the first and last thing on his mind. I have come to the conclusion that Sunday's are 'help mike cut and write sh*t days' LOL i become his assistant and help him do stuff.... its annoying but it's important to him and he loves it so i kinda go w/ it.

also his orchestra concerts - they play all classical stuff and I HATTTEEEE IT!!!!!!!!!! but i sit through it b/c i support him lol.

Hmm, things he does for me??? He does a lot but to be honest there isnt much that I do that he doesn't like - but he does put up w/ me when I ask him to go see the Twilight movies

FH does a lot of cute things but more to take care of me rather than strictly make me happy. I'm a pretty happy person generally, but he does cute stuff like the other day he was giving me a tour around a construction site and put his hand on top of my head. I was like 'What are you doing?' and he said 'It drips there, I didn't want it to drip on your head' SO cute and made me very happy!

I try to listen intently to his construction blabber and ask thoughtful questions which sometimes take a while to process.

Hmmm somthing i do b/c he likes it-watching Avitar (the last airbender) on Cartoon network channel that is. Along w/Teen Titans; and some other show that i can't remember the name. Going out and staying out UNTIL we're the LAST people to leave! FH likes to go out and leave a place as they're turning the lights up! I'm good with a few hours and then coming home by 2 or 3!

ETA: Oh and the nature shows...on OCCASION i'll watch them w/him. Cried so much on the raining pancho special this weekend hahah!!

Me...hmmm...he watches Vampire Diaries; Glee; goes to see Alvin Ailey w/me...Hangs around my family for all the holiday/functions even though he's not much of a 'family person'

ETA: and he'll watch those wedding shows too; but i'd rather he doesn't cause all he does is yell at the brides on bridezilla!

going to the car show and sitting in EVERY car and staying allllllll day. like ok haven't we seen every car already? and hello..you're never buying a Kia..can we go?

he does a lot of things w me, but he likes most of things I do. he loves shopping (wayyy more than I do), Halloween, haunted houses, all kinds of movies.

I'd say maybe going to a boring family thing.

ok so i am the kind of person who cried hysterically for a week when i ran over a sparrow... it still kind of haunts me. when i was younger i used to bury locusts and have funerals for then... i was strange...

anyway fh is a HUGE HUNTER...like he is PRESIDENT OF DELTA WATERFOWLERS aka duck hunters. you have no idea how much effort it took me to get over this. now i help him organize events- raise money... we have hunting shows on tv ALL DAY LONG. i even got him a tree stand for vday!

fh watches Greys with me! oh and he has watched bride wars like 10 times with me cus he knows i love it... haha hes so cute! he does tons for me- but i dont make put him in situations usually that i know he wont like...

OMG our FH's should be twins... IDK why he always wants to be the last to leave... I have to admit, sometimes i just leave. (this cruise we just went on with 36 friends, he wanted to hang out every night til 4am then eat, i would give up around 2 and go to sleep, i like waking up early on vacation and enjoying the days)

He's a HUGE Mets fan and he's coming on Sunday with me and my fam to the Yankees/Red Sox game (we're all Yankees fans)... Now THAT'S love!!!!!

Two things

1- Bowling league. Yep I have my own bowling ball AND shoes now!! lol

2- FH is really into shooting hand guns and rifles.... he was an eagle scout... so this weekend we are going to Appleseed- it's an event where they teach you the importance of rifles in the revolutionary war- and that if every day people didn't know how to shoot them, we would all be talking with a british accent. lol. So this WHOLE weekend I will be shooting my very own .22 long rifle that I have decided to call 'Natasha'

FH does lots of things for me!! He makes dinner (EVERY NIGHT), does laundry and even DVRs all my wedding shows and watches them without even making me beg him to! He's the best. Love him

OMG we want to go to that game so bad...

We got engaged last year, on September 26th at Yankee Stadium when they played the Red Sox SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO jealous!!!!!!!!

For him I go to bars or friends houses for the fights (I prefer to have them at our place cause I'm distracted).

For me, he watches HGTV. Although I really think he secretly likes it.

He deals with my family and I deal with his.
