When we were seniors in HS, our senior class prank (which was SO not funny!) was to let crickets out ALL over the school... they were running along the crevices of the hallways and they were everywhere. SO nasty. Then to catch the crickets they let out a few mice, then supposedly a snake to catch the mouse... I never saw a snake but luckily when someone tried to dump mice out near us a teacher caught them and immediately scooped them back up! That freaked me out about crickets...
Then like two years ago crickets kept getting into the house- mostly in my bedroom!! I would try to sleep at night and hear them... spent most of two months sleeping on the couch upstairs!!
Grasshoppers are just nasty. Last year I was going to lunch with friends and there was one on my windshield. I made my friend get out and check before I would leave the car... she said it was good so I got out. I turn around to talk to someone and the GRASSHOPPER WAS SITTING ON MY SHOULDER!!! I started screaming and running in circles (this is in the parking garage at the Source!!) then I'd stop, look and start all over again until my friend knocked it off. I had on a green shirt too so they had no idea what I was freaking out about

Let me just cut to the chase and list the bugs that Im NOT afraid of ladybugs lightning bugs potato bugs
Worst bug I've ever encountered was the flying roach. I was in puerto rico on vacation with my girlfriends. We had just stepped out of the hotel to walk to the casinos and clubs. As were were walking, this HUGE bug just wizzed between us and landed a few feet in front of us. We looked at IT, looked at each other, and turned back around to our hotel room. We were even afraid to go out the next day thinking that the bug was waiting outside the lobby for us!

None, actually. But I am absolutely terrified of rodents If I even see a mouse on the subway lines I freeze and I will have a nightmare about them that night
I'm the same way. NO prob with bugs, but rodents. OMG. I've moved out of apts. b/c of mice I can't deal. Even squirrals creep me out, they are mousie looking.

Flying Cockroaches !!!!! They TERRIFY me...plus, they're ginormous!
Luckily, they live in tropical climates so I don't have to deal with them here...but yuck!
I agree with this. I live in apartment building and in the basement we see LARGE or GINORMOUS BLACK WATER BUGS OMG everytime I see one I SCREAM!!!
I spray bug spray all around my door jam so they dont get in my apartment!

OMG! Thank you! NOW I won't be able to sleep tonight!
I did a speech in college on arachnophobia(?) and aced it....You could see and hear the terror in my voice! When I first moved to LI, my very first apt. was beautiful...UNTIL...the spiders came out! Not just any spider...big black hairy things. Always in the bathroom. I would sleep at night with the lights on and became highly addicted to Tequila! The only thing that could give me the courage to pick it up after spraying it with a full bottle of Raid!
Oh! and FH says I have a special Spider Sensor built in! I can walk in a room and in no time spot a spider in the corner of the wall or ceiling!

I'm not afraid of bugs, but I am DEATHLY afraid of dogs. I am convinced that they all wonder what people taste like.
I have dog nightmares. They are all just man-eaters in little friendly costumes.

I can't deal with any bug with A LOT OF LEGS. I hate the way all of those little legs move! It really creeps me out... so... anything from a spider to those really ugly think and long buggies with lots of legs!
