Does anyone else have something they never thought they'd get so into (cake design, OOT bags, etc)...until after they started planning???
Viennese hour. I didn't even know what it was until I started looking at RH's. Now I am getting it and I am sooo excited!
For me, its by far photography. The first thing I did when I joined LIW was read the reviews and look at the pictures. I started to notice the difference photojournalism, traditional, etc...and what photographers have what style. Now I have my mind set on what kind of pictures I want. I didn't know that photography would be so important to me, even more than all the other things I thought I'd care about, like the dress.
The whole thing!! I never wanted to get married. Was never a dream of mine. So I thought when I got engaged that I wouldn't be into this but I am soooo excited.
they're SO many things that i never knew i wanted. i never knew about the different types of photographers, so now im obsessed with finding exactly what i want. i also didnt realize that i would care so much about the invitations and having an aisle runner. plus the table numbers, and place card holders are giving me a hard time because i cant find anything that i really LOVE.
I didnt realize how intricate everything involved in the planning is! I really got into the OOT bags, which I didnt think I would at all, but after seeing pictures I thought they are such a nice gesture!
I never realized how time consuming a wedding is. I also never realized how expensive and stressful weddings are.
