QOTD: What Extracurriculars were you invovled in as a kid?

What after school stuff did you did while in school?

Are you still doing it?

I was in girl scouts, a bowling league, dance and gymnastics (never all at the same time).

The only one I still do is Bowling on occassion. I realized at 10 that I would never be a good dancer, and if I tried to do gymnastics now I'd likely break something.

I did chours and played softball till i was 12 and i did tap dance

You were able to major in that too???? Me too!!

I was in Kickline, Choir, and I played a little flute. Now? I can boogey on the dance floor (probably soon to be on funniest home videos)my voice is absolutely amazing in the shower and well, the flute I don't even look at because my FH reminds me of the line in American Pie about flutes and band camp.....

I played basketball from the time I was in 5th grade all the way through my sophmore year in college. Even got a college scholarship for it! Because of all the bball I was playing, I didnt have time for anything else!!!!!!!!!

I didnt even get my drivers lisense until I was 20 because of basketball. lol

Drama Queen all the way!

I was the annoying girl always on stage at every event, play, whatever....

I wrote and directed our Senior Show which had 500 students in it - I was really proud of this!

I tried everything and stuck with nothing! Irish dancing, ballet, violin, piano, drama and judo were some of the few.

I was a nationally ranked competitive swimmer. It pretty much took up my life though high school but luckily paid for college :)

I did dance for 10 years then two years of color guard in high school. I also did chorus from 5th grade to 12th grade. (too bad I can't really sing). I was also in two plays.

I was a cheerleader mostly (JV then Varsity, and Competition Team).
I was also a dancer for years, since I was 4. In HS I was a Retreat Leader (Catholic School), Yearbook, Eucharistic Ministry, Drama.
In College....Drama, Student Government President, Dance Club.

Danced from 2 until present....now I teach Dance.
Piano for 10 years...still play
Varsity Cheerleading captain in High School
Acting
Voice
Sportsnite(High school)
Violin for like a year
