For me the iron - I am so bad. Never even opened it. I get anything that would need ironing dry cleaned.

Instead of registering for fine china, I opted for a buffet set. Its still sitting in the box. Oh and my MIL got me this really nice throw with our names and date stitched into it, but I dont know what to do with it.

My All Clad slow cooker - I'm not even entirely sure what to use it for I thought it was for making soup (like tomato or butternut squash) but then I found out that I still needed to blend it after it was done!

oh yes! where do I start?

1. the Waterford decanter and glasses? guess who registered for that 'necessity'?

2. Cuisinart coffee to go - its that little coffee maker that brews coffee directly into 2 stainless steel mugs. guess who registered for that?

3. Kitchen Aid mixer - ok, this I didn't expect to use right away. out kitchen has limited counter space and it's a VERY heavy appliance to move around.

4. Not that we have no use for this, but our Emeril pots and pans are still in the box. We just haven’t had the chance to get to them yet. we’re still using our old set.

that's all I can think of, for now

ETA: here are some more!

5. our formal china - we don't have the room for it yet

6. our everyday china - we're saving it for our new place

1. The Cuisenart Ice Cream Maker from Williams-Sonoma - and as Dina would say.... guess who registered for that?

I actually think that may be it! We've already used our china for a romantic sunday English brunch (we were reminicing our honeymoon!)

Our lenox china and waterford glasses. Well, at least they are all out of their boxes, but until we have a holiday meal here, they will be in the cabinet.
Oh we had registered for this set of decorative plates and bowls from crate and barrel but I did not see that they were not to be put in the dishwasher, so I returned them and used the $$ we received to purchase the mercer 4 shelf side table. The side table should be here next week so I think we will get a lot of use out of that.

1. Our china (we plan on using them once we move)
2. Our shower curtain (same as above)
3. Martini glasses (need to have a party with the girlies!
)

We haven't used anything. Everything is piled up in my room in my parents' house. We're leaving most stuff there untill we get a house. Once we have a house we still probably won't use the china for a while.

Same here. All of gifts w/the exception of our towels
and steak knives are in my parents basement till
we get a house or bigger apartment.

Almost everything. But not for a lack of wanting to use it. I refused to touch it until after the wedding but then we jumped into the renovations and no way would I let them be in harms way. I plan on using them all very soon.

Most of my shower gifts are in my closet...I haven't used anything except for my cappuccino maker and every day dishes. We are saving the rest for our new house

a whole lotta stuff since we have a galley kitchen and can't use most of it b/c we have no room

It will be that much better when we have a house and everything is brand new.

Many items because we don't have room... and I refuse to unpack everything since we will be moving again with the next 3-6 months lol

I love my china, but have only used it a few times.

We got a 42 cup coffee pot that I haven't touched. It'll come in handy someday though.
