fav play- Miss Saigon fav. opera- La Boheme- I saw both the bway version by Baz Lurhman (moulin rouge) and also the opera at the Met this past winter...LOVE IT

I loved Les Miserables, I love Phatom of the Opera, and I love the choreography of Chicago.
and I absolutely LOVEEEEE two 'newer' plays - Producers (seen it four times - the first time on OPENING NIGHT) and Wicked (seen it twice)

Fav Opera: this is hard since this is what i do for a living.... i have a few... Pearl Fishers, Falstaff, Cosi, La Boheme( now i hate it cause I am learning Mimi..haha) Ariadne, Elixir of Love, def luv Don Giovanni
Fav Musical: Anything with Audra McDonald... Ragtime, All Shook Up, Little Women, and a lot more!!
I want to see Light in the Piazza... That will be my next one....
I am going to see Aida, Cosi fan tutte and The Mines of Sulphur next week at New york city opera and the Met.... Ill let you all know
if you have any questions about what operas to see let me know... if you have never seen one it is def an amazing experience

We're seeing Cosi in the spring. We just saw centerella (sp?) It was okay, def, not one of my favs. I saw Aida last fall and loved it. FH and are actually using the Triumphal March from Aida as our entrance song into the reception.

My Favorite Musical is Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. I actually found this play to be quite amusing. Wicked and Phantom were up there too. It's hard to put them on the same scale though, they are such different types of plays, but I'll be broad.
