Re: QOTD - Who from history, living or dead, would you most like to invite to your house for dinner?

hmmmmmmm........

thats a tough one....

One would be Josh Hartnett just because hes a cutie!

I would like the oppertunity to have a conversation with Thomas Jefferson. He interests me!

Then of course I'd like to speak with Bush and Kerry regarding some issues I have with them.

I guess that would be my list for right now.

Sir Edmund Hillary (Mt. Everest explorer)
Ernest Shackleton (skipper of the Endurance)
Jacques Cousteau
Amelia Earhart

I like explorer types. Imagine the stories they could tell!

Re: QOTD - Who from history, living or dead, would you most like to invite to your house for dinner?

Well, I would have to have a nice big dinner PARTY so I could 'absorb' my guests conversation:

My Grandpa Al (He'd charm all the ladies!)
Queen Victoria
Princess Diana
A Low Fat Cooking version of Julia Child (to make dinner, of course!)
Co-Co Chanel
Estee Lauder
Robin Williams
Lance Armstrong (Lance and Robin can chit chat while I get down with the ladies!)
Fred Astaire
Ginger Rogers (they'd naturally do the entertaining)
Nat King Cole (He can sing while Fred and Ginger Dance!)

Just a few people to entertain.....

Talk about insightful into people! LOL!! This couldn't be a better peek at some personalities.

I'd invite:

Queen Elizabeth I (began her reign in 1558 and didn't take sh$t from any man!)
Oprah
Denzel Washington
Maya Angelou
