QOTD: Would you rather...

Work a 40 hour work week as

4 days of 10 hours a day or
5 days of 8 hours a day

Me and a co-worker were talking about this, and I said I think people would be happier with the extra day off if it meant putting in an extra 2 hours a day.

DEFINITELY 10 hours a day x 4!

I'm already at the office, what's a few more hours a day. It would be awesome to have 3 days off a week!

I sometimes end up staying late so I end up putting in about 10(and don't get paid for overtime since i'm salary) i'd love a 4 day work week. during the summer we get fridays off.

I RARELY work under 45-50 hours.

I used to work 4 ten hour days with my company and I loved it. I actually worked Wed and Thurs 9-7pm and then Sat and Sun 10-8pm from home. I LOVED IT. Then I got promoted and all that changed.
Now I work 5 eight hour days but one of them is from home.
I'm home right now actually!

Me too, I'd like the extra day off for it though (I'd probably end up working 12-15 hrs a day for 4 days though but, it would be worth it!)
