QOTD:10.16.11

So sorry I missed yesterday's question! My conference started super early and I didn't have time in between sessions. But anyhow, here's today's question, and I will announce this week's new BOTW tonight!

Are you giving yourself a deadline for when you should have all of your wedding-related obligations completed by? Do you think you'll be ahead or behind this deadline?

I still feel like I am SO behind compared to the other girls on here, but I *need* to have everything done by late May (about two and a half months before the wedding) at latest. I'm really scared of falling behind this date because that's when I'll need to be studying for the bar!

Follow up Q: for the girls who are at the end of their planning already, how do you do it!?

I feel like I'm already ahead of my timeline. I want to get as much done as possible before June. I'm going to be so stressed trying to pack up my classroom and doing last minute wedding things. I just want to be as calm as possible.

i go back and forth at one min i'm cool and collective thinking 'oh yea i got this' and then i start over thinking all the stuff i still have ahead of me and start freaking out... FH has been great tho he just keeps saying 'one at a time, one at a time and if we run outta time we call in for reinforcements to help' lol

I think I'm slightly ahead of the game. I have all major vendors booked (minus florist but I know what florist I want) I have a lot of ideas for my DIY projects and a lot of the supplies. So for, now we are donig OK. I want to get a lot of my DIY projects done over the winter.

I have not set a goal but I have most of the stuff besides airfare for honeymoon (waiting for Jet Blue to release), tuxes, and FH ring (but we know where we are getting it just have to go there and pick it out!)

I try to get things done timely but everytime I think I'm ahead of schedule I realized there's a ton more things to do :(

i was on track until school started again! what i feel behind in is finding my wedding dress and a color scheme! its driving me nuts!

Timelines rule my life, and while i'm probably ahead with everything, I think I'm eternally behind. Oh yeah, I've got issues.

With the exception of tables & place cards, I'd like to have everything done a few wks to a month before. I'm in a good spot planning-wise now though.
