What kind of flowers are you using for Bridal boquets?

We are making escort cards like normal, but adding mini pinwheels to the corner of them!
Flowers--I'm not 100% positive on, but I definitely want daisies and gerbera daisies in the bo-ks!

I have a couple of ideas for escort cards. My mom wants rocks, I liked the simple die cut border card design posted in the DIY boards. FI likes mint tins. So I guess that is still a work in progress.
As far as flowers go, my mom will be in charge of those. She was a horticulture major in college and KNOWS flowers. My only request, other than my colors, is that I dont want roses. I like roses but don't want them for my wedding. I think I want peonies and hydrangeas and maybe some bells of Ireland, since I'm Irish and want pinks and greens in my flowers. Another work in progress.

Lazy Sunday is right! I don't feel like doing anything.
Here is a picture of my DIY escort cards. I want a ton of candles on the table and these will help.
I think we'll be using regular escort cards, with the same design that was on my invitations. We have a quote on a block that says 'Once in a while right in the middle of an ordinary life... love brings you a fairytale' I'm going to surround that with the wedding photos of our parents, grandparents, and even a photo of my great grandparents on their wedding day.
I'm going to have lisianthus, anemones, and purple stock in my bouquet. The girls will have anemones and purple stock.

We may use candles too. Or we are gunna make them like sports tickets. My FH is a huge huge sports fan so I want to incorporate sports for him ;)
Flowers I have no idea yet but I want dark deep red flowers :)

For escort cards we are building a tree to sit on a table and have leaves hanging with everyones name and table. We are trying to keep with our fall theme.
As for flowers, Im not sure. im looking to use some greens and branches mixed in. No roses though.

We are actually getting hockey pucks that say official wedding puck, has our names, and wedding date on it. Then the other side has the name and table number. Can you tell I love hockey
for flowers some tulips and a bunch of other flowers ( i have it written down someplace)

Escort cards we aren't really sure about yet. I love the idea of having the big poster thingy with everyone's name and table number on it, but what the heck would you do with that after??
Flowers are sunflowers, not sure what else until we talk to the florist!

thanks! it was partly because i loved the inspo pics on pinterest, and partly because i figure it's a less stressful way of organizing everyone at tables JIC something happens that throws the seating arrangement off!

IDK for either yet. My colors are lavender and gray but I was thinking for my bo K, purple flowers with white daisies. I'm not looking until the summer though.
