QOTD...Extreme makeover..would you do this..

Follow the journey to the altar of Michael, a 31-year-old applications engineer from Salem, New Hampshire and Susan, a 42-year-old drama specialist from Ipswich, Massachusetts and from their 'before' phases, then as they undergo their various procedures and, finally, when the end results are revealed to their families and friends — on their wedding day.

This couple is going to spend the 8 weeks before their vows and get extreme makeovers and get to see each others final results the day of their wedding......would you do this?

Stacey, I'll vote if you add a category that says 'Never, I think I am fabulous and I am very happy with the way I look.' My opinion of myself is way more important than anyone else's, including DH.

ETA: I also think DH is fabulous and would not want him to do anything extreme to his appearance.

Absolutely!!! It wouldn't affect our feelings for each other so why not? I would LOVE to do this right now. Who couldn't use a little improvement? New clothes, new hair, fix the problem areas- hell yeah!!

I so would have done this..... a nip & tuck here.. a lift & augmentation there.....maybe some veneers.....where do I sign up????

I actually got an email from them last year when they were looking for people for this show. At first I thought it was cool! But they were looking for people to do multiple procedures. I'm so far from perfect, but when I sat down and thought about it, I couldn't think of multiple things about me that needed surgical intervention.
I don't see why not though, it's a great opportunity for someone to get free surgery and 15 mins of fame.
