1- how many hours of coverage 2- how many photographers 3- how many pages/pictures on album 4- overtime cost 5- how many thank you cards
Most will have packages already set, but definitely negotiate

are they photojournalistic, contemporary, or traditional? and which of the three do you like better most importantly.

Number of albums and if you're getting parents' albums... can you choose different pictures for their albums w/o additional cost?
Do they offer a casual shoot?
Signing board?
Black and white shots?
Can you pick photographer or will they assign you one?

The current issue of Knot Weddings (with a green box on the cover) has a list of questions for the photog. I find that lots of bridal mags regularly have that feature.
