For widows, do you address to Ms. _________. I read never to write Mrs. But I wasnt sure if I should just use her first and last name and no title.

Depends.......My mom was widowed this past July and when we sent out invitation to her and made our invitations we addressed them to Mrs. Thomas Gwizdala, her husband my step-father. A family friend is getting married this summer also and address the invite the same as we did. This was also a pretty recenet death, but I would say anyone widowed a sig amount of time and has started dating again Ms. would be fine. I just know my mom would have flipped if it would have bee Ms. Lori Gwizdala or her maiden name Ms. Lori Birkholm

nope, all the widows I know remain Mrs. Jane Smith (Smith = married name).... and that includes those who have been widowed 10+ years
I used Mrs. no matter how long their widowed.
