So.. I posted on here about 6 months ago about my on going QBC SAGA!
Well amazingly since my post things got better until today....
Finally after 2 years and 3 months... my final album was ready....
low and behold i made my final approval appoint exactly one week ago, I show up today and they are out of business!!!!
$7,000 down the tubes with nothing to show. There was a # on the door of some guy Bob tht bought their stuff...
I'm sorry I've got nothing left. I am heart broken, and devestated. I should have seen this coming. Calling the layer tomrrow and news12. please let me know if you ar going through tihs too.
Apprently I was the 5th bride today crying on the door step!

Yea i know one person personally that just got their pics and album after two years. Thank god they got the negatives and everything but for all those who didn't that is just a horrible thing to have happen to them.

I don't think so, it sounded like she had trouble contacting this particular photographer for awhile

They are out of business they had a few photographers from what I have gathered they had two locations also one closed in Lindenhurst and then now the Queens location closed. That is why it scares me because I am going with all local vendors and if their Lindy location was open I might of considered them.
Once a photography or even any place goes out of business and locks their doors - you do not get the services. They will keep your negatives and raw video unless you take them to court and then they will drag their feet. It is a horrible thing.
Remember Huntington Townhouse? People paid deposits for weddings and events and they just up and sold it to a developer and didn't want to give back all the depos and the ones that made a stink about it they wouldn't give back the depo with the interest since they had it in escro account.

Oh no, That's terrible!!! I really hope that your able to recover your pictures from them. They should at least be able to give you the negatives.

I just happen to be one of those Queens Bridal Customer and still awaiting my DVD, wedding album/parents album.
I only found out today they are no longer in business & it is driving me crazy....This is unbelievable. I can't imagine I am going through this. The company did not even try to advice their customers.

Huh..The same exact thing happened to me. I got married 8/19/05, they kept blowing me off blowing me off, saying my albums will be done, i gave them the benefit of the doubt, and finally got fed up called them. The number was busy for 2 days so i got skeptical, and i drove by to find the place empty with the number for bob at Jil Crest. I can't believe this, $7000 down the drain. And i have to hire someone else to make the albums. I'm so frustrated, and angry beyond belief. Im happy that you can feel my pain. Maybe we can work together on this. oh my god, i was almost in tear at my job... They kept promising me my thank-you pic & still do not have any...they are unbelievable...indeed.
I used them because my cousin had used them for his wedding and they did a wonderful job. For me its a nitemare.

My wife and I just found out today. Some guy Bob has all the stuff and he wats half of what we already paid to get our DVD and albums. We should all get together and file a class action suit. These people have plenty of money in real estate. They should be forced to re-mortgage their houses and pay us back.

OMGGGGGGGGGG , so you are not going to get your money back?? I would sue adn take their a$$es to court !!!!!!!!!! How could they? I dont really know of them but I am pissed for all the girls who have and used them.
