I live in Whitestone, my hair dresses is in Astoria, right off of ditmars near 49th street, she works out of her home but she does do brides, trials and she comes to your house the day of.
If you want her info, FM me and I will give it to you. Her prices are great, she does fantastic work too. She has done my hair before and I was amazed at how great it came out and what she charged me.

I live in Whitestone I am using R&L Salon on Utopia Prkway....I was going to go o Christies but honestly they were unfriendly and turned me off and I thought R&L is where me and all my girls go to get our hair done they know us...I bloked the whole salon the day of...they are awesome by the way I got my hair and makeup done there for my e-party BTW if you want to do a trial there ROSA is the best (the owner Leo assigns her to the Brides anyway lol)

I'm using Jenn and Oksana. They're located in Queens for a trial but they come to you the day of.

Thanks so much. I am def going to call R and L Salon. I went to Christie's for my hair for my engagement party and it was disaster. They were so rude and said I couldn't use the woman I booked with unless i waited an hour. So I had some random lady do my hair. I was going to use them for the wedding but after that I don't want to so I am getting nervous about where to go. Thanks again.
I need help also because the lady who has been doing my hair for 9 years got diagnosed with breast cancer and has stage 4 cancer so she is not going back to work obviously and I have no idea what to do??!!! I feel so bad for her But now I must find a new hair dresser ... someone I can trust or someone at least for my wedding day!!

Ugh I know besides R & L does just as good a job and they will focus on you and make you feel like the bride (um hello they should lol) Christies is just obnoxious!
I am getting to R&L early like 8:30 (my church is 3) but he said with 7 girls plus mom we need to get an early start..so we'll be using all the girls and have the place to ourselves I'll post a pic of me frm my eparty

Im going to Hollywood Blonde in Bayside. Donna has been doing my hair for years. This is her number (718) 225-4241?. Shes located on Bell Blvd. She did my hair and makeup for my bros wedding and I cant rave enough on how great it came out.
