Hey Guys! I am looking for a house or condo in either Westchester or Queens. Does anyone have any suggestions on where the safe (and not as expensive areas) are. I know queens but any suggestions would be great. Thanks ladies!

I'm in Forest Hills, but Bayside, Whitestone, Middle Village and Kew Gardens are all nice.

I live in the Alley Pond area of Bayside. Very safe. All co-ops or private homes, no rentals around very close to the bridges, LI, and Manhattan.

we live in westchester and there are a lot of great towns around here! we rent so i don't really know the price of condos but the areas i would recommend are: fleetwood, tuckahoe, scarsdale, hartsdale, mamaroneck, bronxville. we are in pelham and love it so much. our commute to grand central is only 28 minutes and the town is really cute.
