how does one figure out their correct bra size?

I go somewhere and get measured every now and then. I know the Haines store in The Source does it.

I'm sorry - I meant how can I do it myself with a measuring tape?

I need new exercise bras and a sports store near where I work has some on sale....I was too embarassed today to ask the guy to measure me.

Measure around your ribcage just below your bust to get your underbust measurement.
If this number is under 33' add 5'
For 33' or over add 3'
For an even number, that's your bra size.
For an odd number, add 1' for your bra size.


The difference between your bust measurement and your bra size is your cup size:
