ok, odd question. I am almost positive the answer is no but I want to make sure. FH and I both still have our DLs from SC and havent had the chance to change them to NY yet. When we go for our marriage license we dont have to have NY DL do we? I cant remember and just want to double check that I am able to still get a marriage license without a NY license

I don't know either , we both have PA licenses. We are going for the marriage licence on March 2nd I will let you know how it turns out! XOXOXO Kittty

No. I am sure. FH's sister's DH is from Ohio and they got married in NY.

Nope, you don't have to have NY DL....we live in VA (both have VA DL) and got married in NY....just need your DL and birth certificates.

Thanks, I didnt think you needed to have a NY license but for some reason I got paranoid about it silly wedding brain doesnt let a girl think straight
