Is anyone planning on or doing parent dances right after your first dance? I sorta want to get them 'over with' in the beginning so that the rest of the night is FUN FUN FUN
or is everyone doing them after the cake?

Re: Ques Re: parent dances
We're not doing them at all. The only 'special' dance we're doing is me with all my siblings. I haven't even started to think about when to do it.

We did them after the cake. I kind of liked coming down for a bit and having those few minutes with my dad toward the end.

I also think that getting them 'over with' may be a little to much, I mean imagine sitting there and watching 3 dances in a row? By the third, I think people will loose intrest....

That's probably what we'll do as well.

I liked that it was near the cake time. Everything was so hectic after you walk out. It would bring me down at the begining of the wedding. JMHO

Re: Ques Re: parent dances
ok I will have to rethink this.
My friend did them all in the beginning and it wasnt bad because she picked short songs.
