My sister best friend is going to 'fill in' for a BM who hasnt returned my calls or emails in months and also forgot my brithday (yes this was my BEST FRIEND...just disappeared)
Well i havent technically ASKED my sisters BF to be my new BM....but she know....whats a good way to ask her????

i had a similar situation but not as bad. the maid of honor that i picked i had to drop out since she was out of a job. i just asked a good friend of mine. i said how special she is. she was honored that i asked her.

I have a similar situation...I think one of my BM is mad cause I couldn't go out one night recently...I have not talked to her in about a month. If she does not call that's that I guess..we have had this once before and I was the one to call. What are we 5?
I would just ask someone else to fill in. If they are a true friend it will be fine.

I don't know, to me, if one of your BMs can't do it, just go with one less instead of asking someone that you initially didn't ask.

There is still a while until you wedding - should you try more to find your MIA BM? I would wait maybe another two weeks or so, then replace her.
