Question....

Question....

So most of you have seen the 'Will you be my bridesmaids cards' I made. I sent a couple out early last week to a couple of girls that I knew I would not be seeing soon and I wanted them to have it.

So I have not heard anything yet from one of the girls and I can't imagine she hasn't received it yet. I sent it along with my e-announcements and STDs so I know a others got them early last week.

anyway, i am just wondering what the next step should be...should i contact her and bring it up? or should i wait to hear from her?
by the way she already knew she was going to be a bridesmaid and was all for it.

Just curious what you guys think!
Thanks! :)

hmmm, tough one. I would maybe ask her if she recieved your e-announcment and see what she says.

Toughy!
Maybe you should give it a few more days... she may be very busy with work, personal, whatever and hasn't even opened her mail yet! I know I don't open my mail everyday!

give it maybe one or two more weeks and then give her a call or something and find out whats up

Give them a couple more days. People get caught up. If you dont hear anything in a week or so, call them and see if they recieved the std.

Re: Question....

We usually email back and forth a lot during the week while we are at work. I wanted to email her about something else but wasn't sure if i should ask if she got anything in the mail or not...

i just sent her an email and i didnt mention the card at all....so we will see if she mentions anything when she writes back

UPDATE: She replied and she got it
she apologized for not calling this weekend but she said she loved the card and was very touched...i feel better now

Re: Question....

well they each were different, but here are the different things I used....

The day, the dress
The bride, the groom
The joy, the tears
Will all come so soon

Professing true love
To my husband-to-be
With family and friends
All watching me

I hope the sun will
Be shining down,
Keep your fingers crossed
That I'll fit in my gown…

But there's just one more thing
that there needs to be…
and that's to have you
Standing with me!
Will you be my bridesmaid?
