Re: QUESTION??

You should be in the clear. I of course can not say for sure but you should be good.

Re: QUESTION??

So far I have only gotten two no's.... just be aware that if it says 200... you may not want 200 in there... it could get tight

we had a 20% drop off rate.

Re: QUESTION??

You can almost always count on a 10% to 17% decline rate. Sometimes the decline rate is a little higher, like 20%. I invited 147 people, and about 130 actually came.

Re: QUESTION??

We actually had close to a 50% drop off rate, but then again, we invited 488 people.

You should be fine

Re: QUESTION??

is that your 'yes' list, or just your 'invite' list?

We invited 160, and had 100.

So I would think you'd be fine.

I would think the room would be able to accomidate 220, may be tight, but would work., worst case.

You will probably be okay, but maybe you should pick a few fights with some family members just to be sure.

Re: QUESTION??

i would think you should be ok... it really depends on the people you're inviting- are a lot OOT? are some older or have young families that wouldn't be able to travel?
we invited 152---120 came, most of the 'nos' were from DHs family that live out in western PA and couldn't/didn't want to do the travel and hotel....
also, like somebody else said, if they say your room fits 200, thats usually the max and you probably want less than that to be confortable- if you haven't sent invites out, i would maybe see if theres anybody you can take off the list, at least until you get some 'nos'....
