How is everyone keeping track of there guests and there addresses ?? Is there a program that I can use? Maybe something that can just print the envelopes?
PS:I am trying to set this up now since I am going to do my save the dates. I am not so quick with computers .
Thank You!!

Re: Question??
We have an excell spreadsheet with all of our guest info. It's set up in columns: First, Last, Guest First, Guest Last, Street, Apt, City, State, Zip, Country. We also have columns for how many people are invited, how many we'll think will come and then one for when we get responses. Oh, and phone #s and email, in case we don't get their RSVP

We did this too! Makes it simple too when you need to print address labels as well!

Glad I'm not the only one. My budget tells me if we're under, over or at budget for each item or overall. Excel nerds unite!

Re: Question??
theknot.com has a great guest list system (for free!!!) that also allows you to keep track of a/b list, groom/bride guest, invited to shower, RD, e-party, brunch, wedding... a gift record, thank you sent record. And... you can import and export to and from exel or an envelope program so easily! You can sort and make separate lists to print out for each party, side, shower list.... It really is great! I love it!!!

Re: Question??
This is actually one thing I didn't use Excel for! Instead I used Word with the Mail Merge, I think that's what it's called. It shows up like labels and I typed everything in there so I can see how it looks. Don't worry ladies, I'm not going to address them with labels, but it made it clearer for me to see than I think a spreadsheet would have.
