Question

What is the MOH supposed to buy the bride for the shower?

I have:

unity candle
something blue
penior set (sp?)

Anything else?

I dunno...I am sorry- I didn't know they were supposed to do that....But i think my sister said she was going to get me the garter and cake topper...

My MOH's (I have two) bought me some lingerie; the whole bridal party together (6 girls) bought me our toasting flutes, more lingerie/panties, got me a lands-end large monogrammed tote with my future initials, filled with all different things i'm going to need on my honeymoon (beach towel, sunscreen, bug spray, aloe/lotion, KY products (ha!) etc.) and they got FH a backpack like bag, filled with similar things (including man thongs, hahahaha)

They also put togther recipe books, the candle basket, as well as a scrapbook which was one of my favorite things.. each girl made 2 pages for me, cause all of my girls are from like different stages in life (some i've known forever, some from college, my SIL etc) and then they had people at my shower write notes of advice etc, added pics and included them. It was awesome.

The other cool thing they did was they put together a big picture fame, of which i'll put a picture of me and Fh from our wedding day, and then it has my parents wedding picture, FH parents wedding pic, and all of our grandparenst wedding pics. It's cool to see a sort of family tree.

I'm really blessed with awesome girls, haha now it sounds like i'm bragging... sorry so long, HTH

My MOH is not buying me any of those things. I have already prurchased them...But I think she is getting me a LENOX piece....

I think for the shower the MOH is suppose to suppy everything..along with the help of the rest of the bridal party. I dont understand why you mention the unity candle, and something blue in this...that is for the actual wedding day and the MOH is not suppose to supply you with those things...
