Ok, so I know that we are suppose feed the photographer and videographer..but are you suppose to actually provide a meal for the DJ??...I mean, how do they eat if they are playing music all night?
I would ask... I dont have the answer for this one! I know the DJ will only be there for 4 hours but Im not sure, it never hurts to ask them if they will be eating before or during....just say 'i need to know whether you will need a meal prepared for you so that I can make sure to have one set and ready'
Hmmmmm...Good question!!!!!!!! I had to pay for 2 / DJ and MC and photog. and video....good thing 2 were houes reccommendations so they are only $25 ea. But yeah how do they eat????? Prob. during dinner when they playlight music?

i just know he asks it on the contract so...i felt bad not feeding him. id hate to not eat all night either. but yea, what a pain!! they should bring their own snacks!dj snacks
We're feeding all of our Vendors meals. They actually will have their own table.
Yes you have to, they play I would guess a mix cd that is already made, unless you have specific requests, maybe they make it before hand. They also work in usually a group MC/DJ, so maybe one stands there while the other eats.
The right thing to do is provide dinner for all your vendors that are going to be at the reception i.e. photographer, videographer, dj's you may have more than one and/or band.
Yes you do feed all your vendors including the DJ. Ask your catering hall about the price because I am pretty sure there is a discount for the vendors.
i think they do get fed the dj, since the rreception place is offering their meals at discounted prices, i would say yes....hope this helps
