Question

This is in my photo contract...

'The studio reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. Negatives and proofs remain the exclusive property of this studio.'

Does that mean that the images on my CD will have watermarks so I can't print myself??

That's what I was thinking- also that if you send in photos to a newspaper or magazine you have to get the photographers permission to do so first and have them given the credit for the photos.

They just really want to be able to get credit for their work and also to be able to use your photos for their studios promotion.
