ok.. .So how do you get the florists to do a sample bo-k or centerpiece?! Are you supposed to book with them first or can you just go to different places and ask them to put something together for you?!

You need to book them 1st. I know Burtons usually has a few bo-k's there to look at.

Some places will do a sample before booking but I think that's rare.

it depends on the florist but some do a sample before you book. I am going with this one florist in particular and I'm not putting down a deposit until I see the sample and they said that's not a problem at all.
