No tax if you pay in cash! lol Otherwise they should calculate the entire cost which would included tax. But only when you sign teh contract will theygive you the full amount due.

No tax if you pay tax (which you should consider depending on the cost of the flowers (ours was almost $500) - we are paying cash...otherwise they will tally it - and give you a total cost.
