question

I am having my make up/ hair trial this month...I've never done anything like this before i didn't even know you had to do this but it seems fair that since you are paying a good amount of this that you know who are you dealing with. So for those of you who did it already did you tip the make up/hair artist? how much normally do you tip them if you do...feel free to put your opinions even if you didn't have yours yet. I can't help you, I tip everyone. Especially people that make me look pretty, they get a big tip!

Except the coat check girls at GLO because they charge me 2.00 to check my coat. I'm still mad about that.

i guess it depends, ive heard people say that if the person who is doing you hair/makeup owns the business you dont tip them bc the total amount of money goes to them anyway. i kind of disagree with this. my nail girl owns the salon and i still tip her every time. it also depends on how much the trial is. i would say maybe $10?
