a friend of mine told me that when u give ur final had count to the rh always make it 4-6 people less incase u have no shows or whatever....but im thinking what if everyone came..then the rh would have not made a seat for them right?
so r u giving the exact number to the rh or did u give less? tia

i gave my exact number. you can't assume that there will be no shows. b/c if there aren't then you didn't pay for some people!
