Is ordering bridesmaid dresses in March too late for an early October wedding?

I dont think so. I just ordered mine for my end of July wedding and that was 6 months before. I think that is reasonable.

it depends where you're ordering from ... some BM dresses require about 6 months to come in ... others only need a month or so ... find out which it is and then give yourself one extra month for alterations

NO...I think we ordered ours in Jan before my wedding but they came in in 4 weeks so that is plenty of time...and it took 2 days to get the dresses back after their fittings.

No way! I ordered mine in December. Actually MOH has yet to order hers.
