Should I be annoyed or actually concerned my RH has not contacted me to discuss planning our event yet? Note - I called left my info and emailed them and have not receive a response. Ps - our wedding is october 16 of this year. Roughly 3 weeks away. Is that crazy?

I was told by a few RHs that menu selection etc would be done about 4weeks before the wedding...so i guess yea, i would be worried. What about going there in person?

It would be a reason for concern. Have you tried going to pay them a visit. That's the best way to know that everything is on schedule and they aren't trying to act like your date doesn't exist on their books.

yes date twin - i had my final meeting weeks ago. Maybe you should show up there in person, you might get somewhere faster that way.

ummm yes... theres no excuse... you're wedding is too soon for them to not be bothered by you!!!! they should actually be around at any time to answer your questions, but i wont give all RH's that credit... ours had exceptionally good service and i cannot fathom them ever having treated us like that, esp with 3 weeks to go! i suggest you go there in person if you're not getting responses back

really... im shocked... i kept in contact with jordana and my maitre d, joe ... they were both fantastic... i had questions along the way so like the months leading up to the wedding, i was in contact with them... they knew who i was, and not just another date in their book... my own mother even called them and spoke with the owner regarding some of the details in the beginning and he was also responsive...

That's really surprising to hear about Swan Club. You should definitely just go by there are demand to speak to someone. I hope it works out for you

I was workng with Jordana and she was one of the reason we booked because she was so awesome. She answered my millions of questions. Other then that i havent worked with anyone, because they haven' t return my call or email... i plan to call again today and ask to speak with Jordana. When i spoke with the receptionist she said my maitre d is sandra, do you know anything about her?

Call them ASAP. Maybe they had wrong contact info or may have noted something incorrect on their records.
Menu selection is done a few weeks in advance. My RH contacted me in late July to finalize the menu. My final appointment with them was last week of July. I can't make any changes to it 14 days prior to the wedding date.

No, sry, dont know who sandra is! have you only been speaking with the receptionist this whole time? If so, maybe they have a really sh*tty one right now who's not delivering msgs LOL I'd first ask for sandra of course (since shes the one that you'll be doing your menu with), if you cant talk to her, ask for jordana...
ETA: if you cannot reach either of them, ask to speak to the owner... that should get you somewhere lol
