Question about address...

one of FH's BF's and his wife are both doctors and she has kept her name for professional reasons

I was going to address the invite as (a) but someone told me I should address it as (b) now I am confused. How should I address the invite??

a) Doctor His Name and Doctor Her Name

or

b) Doctors His Name and Her Name
