question about after ceremony.

question about after ceremony.

so i have been thinking about the ceremony and I'm doing the whole blessed mother bouquet and all and the full mass...but besides the ceremony I would kind of like a moment in the church (without all the guests staring at us or me) to say a prayer for my marriage and just basically thank god for that sacrament of marriage.

do you guys think this 'alone time' will be rude to our guests or even unrealistic to obtain on our wedding day? how would you go about this? I guess exit the church and say goodbye or have 'recieving line' w/ guests and then re-enter the church for that time before heading out for photos?

that actually is a really good idea. Its just a moment with God, you, and your husband. A little quiet time during a hectic day. time to really remember what that day is about.
Its not about the dress, the hair, the music.....its about vowing to be with one another for the rest of your lives. Beautiful idea!

aww y thank you ladies! I just hope I can do it without a limo driver or photographer rushing me...wouldn't want them to force me to get 'ghetto ' on them while i'm in my wedding gown and in church.

I love this idea. I'm not getting married in a church but I'm sure that you can make it happen! it's your day!
