Question about an a list and b list

Our min is 100 the most we would like to spend is 10,000 on the hall so 113 is what we are inviting. Is 13 over the min good enough? And do any of you girls have a b list? (or past brides who had a b list) if so how are you going about that? if you get an rsvp no are you sending a b lister out? (I wish i could have everyone come to my wedding but money is an obstacle)

For 100 I would send 125, since 20% asre usually no's.

And some people wait and send a bunch of B-listere st once, or you can have them ready to send as Nos come in

I would invite at least 140 IF you have a lot of OOT guests. The economy is such that a lot of people can't make the trip.

We invited 176 and 107 came.

It totally depends on when your wedding is and how many OOTers you are inviting. We knew we had a ton of OOTers, so I was expecting a large drop-off. Our minimum was 100.

We are planning 160 on the A list and are likely to have 130 show. We do have a B list just in case. We were told to plan for a 15-20% 'no' reply.
